WHAT IS PARENT COACHING?
You may have heard of life coaching, health coaching, or business coaching, but did you know that there’s coaching for parents too?
Coaching provides an encouraging space for you to have support in focusing on what matters most to you, be held accountable to your visions, and celebrate the progress you make along the way. A coach can help you to acknowledge steps you’ve taken rather than just get bogged down by what’s left to do.
My process of Parent Coaching specifically hones in on acknowledging your strengths as a parent and how those strengths can help you during challenging times.
My current clients have commented that coaching sessions have been so helpful for them during the Covid19 Pandemic and they’ve been looking forward to the ‘self care’ time together each week. I’ve seen them find some ease and relief through our work, a refocusing of their priorities, as they implement their realizations and make changes to their daily lives.
Parent Coaching is designed to activate the principles of positive parenting to set you up for future family success. My clients find that after we meet, they see things in a new light and can shift their perspective in a way that directly impacts their family for the better!

HOW IT WORKS
After our complimentary consultation, we decide on a personalized program to meet your needs. My clients tend to meet with me 2 to 4 times a month, depending on their schedules each month and what kind of support they desire at the time.
During each session, I provide prompts for us to discuss and coaching activities to help you gain clarity and build your toolkit. At the same time, I meet you where you are at, and we can use your current concerns and challenges as jumping off points for each discussion.
With my tailored prompts, reflective questions, and research-based strategies, I help you to be more skillful in navigating the practice of parenting in modern times so you feel more grounded and connected in your relationship with your children.
